Return Window

Most new, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

* Original tags and packaging must be included.

* Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products damaged by misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact Customer Service. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Warranty Claims

Products believed to have a manufacturing defect should be submitted as a warranty claim rather than a standard return. Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.
