Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using UPS and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order will depend on package size, destination, and the fastest available service.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery schedules.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Puddle Duck Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the package and damaged item(s) so we can assist you quickly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available in select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their local government.
